We will first sit down to discuss your wedding vision, you browse through our portfolio to look at our past weddings. We’ll answer all your questions about our services. After our initial meeting you’ll receive a custom proposal to suit your needs.

As we get to know you, we will pull together details into the wedding day that tell your unique love story. We create a personalized inspiration board, along with our hand selected design team to bring the design to life for your wedding.

When it comes to food, we help you ask all the right questions to ensure the best culinary experience for your wedding. We assist you with finding entertainment options to set the tone of your wedding or event and photo/video vendors to capture it all.

We walk through the day and answer all final questions. It’s what we consider a rehearsal with our vendor team at the venue.

To capture the memories of your event day you’ve always dreamed of, we guide you through the process of securing the perfect photographer and videographer. Since these are your keepsakes be to share for generations to come the photos and video will one of our top priorities for your special day.

Now that vendors are chosen and the details are in place, it’s time to put together every detail that we have planned over the past 9+ months into a beautifully organized event day timeline. Our main timeline consists of about 10 pages and allows my staff, you and vendors to know exactly where and how the day will flow. Plus you will have peace of mind knowing every detail is covered!

First on the list is assisting you to find a venue to fit your wedding day vision. We schedule and attend bridal salon appointments to help you find your perfect wedding gown and assist you with styling the groom and wedding party.

We walk you through the entire wedding day to create an environment that will immerse your guest in an experience that is unforgettable. Giving them that WOW factor. It doesn’t have to be over the top, but it needs to be pleasing to all their senses.

Now that vendors are chosen and the details are in place, it’s time to put together every detail that we have planned over the past 9+ months into a beautifully organized wedding day timeline. We walk through the day and answer all final questions.

Now we’re getting to the good part, FOOD and of course CAKE! While it’s exciting there are some important questions to ask: How many servers and attendants will you have? Do you provide real china or will you have to rent it separately? How long will it be before your guests eat dinner? Does the BEO have all the correct information? We are right there beside you, helping you ask all the right questions to ensure the best culinary experience for your event.

Creating the soundtrack for your wedding day is also another standout moment. Whether you choose a 10-piece band, DJ., string quartet, gospel choir, or a combination of a few of these , we assist you with finding any music or entertainment option to set the tone of your wedding or event.

Yay! It’s the morning of the event, you wake up and it’s time to enjoy the day! You are able to completely be in the moment and soak it all in.
