Our Process
Consultation
We will first sit down to discuss your event vision, you browse through our portfolio to look at our past events. We’ll answer all your questions about our services. After our initial meeting you’ll receive a custom proposal to suit your needs.
DESIGN
As we get to know you, we will pull together details into the event day that tell your unique story. We create a personalized inspiration board, along with our hand selected design team to bring the design to life for your event.
Vendors
When it comes to food, we help you ask all the right questions to ensure the best culinary experience for your event. We assist you with finding entertainment options to set the tone of your event and photo/video vendors to capture it all.
Venue
First on the list is assisting you to find a venue to fit your event day vision. We schedule and attend all appointments to help you find your perfect event venue.
Guest Experience
We walk you through the entire event day to create an environment that will immerse your guest in an experience that is unforgettable. Giving them that WOW factor. It doesn’t have to be over the top, but it needs to be pleasing to all their senses.
Timeline & Final Touches
Now that vendors are chosen and the details are in place, it’s time to put together every detail that we have planned over the past 9+ months into a beautifully organized event day timeline. We walk through the day and answer all final questions.

Wedding Management Tool
Includes wedding checklists, document sharing, calendar, budget template and message center. All clients will also receive a event design inspiration visual.
Vendor Selection
Venue, photographer, florist, DJ, musicians, caterer, and other vendors. We learn your wishes and event needs, explore your everyday life and collectively create a flawless plan of your event details.
Custom Proposals
Final pricing is determined by the services you are interested in, level of involvement you would like from our team, as well as the size and complexity of your event. Event planning and design with Erika starts at $2500.
Logistics
Determine event day flow, venue lay-outs and day-of timelines. Manage communication in final weeks, including payment tracking, coordinating vendors and managing event day from beginning to end.
Short & Long Term Planning
Budget management, vendor management, monthly planning timeline and unlimited planning support. Together we review the plans and vendor contracts you’ve set in place and all the important details of your event day to execute your vision flawlessly.
Destination Planning
We adore clients who fall in love with other locations for their event and choose to have a destination event.
